I truly love fashion marketing emails, especially ones that announce new collection arrivals. I devour the Moda Opernadi, Net-a-Porter and individual brand emails that land in my inbox with regular consistency. It’s like Christmas every other day, and even though I’m not pulling the trigger and shopping every email (I wish!), it’s so inspiring and exciting to see what’s new & next from our favorite brands & retailers.
So of course, when the Moda and Net emails announcing the arrival of The Row’s Summer 2025 collection landed in my inbox, I began salivating over the options. And while the collection had already been available on The Row’s website by that point, there’s something extra enlightening about receiving a retailer’s curation of the season, delivered direct to your inbox for easy viewing (and coveting) pleasure.
With that said, several pieces from the newest drop not only had me instantly hooked, but also echoing
’s sentiment: I Can Do That! Instead this time, it was more like “I can find that!” bc let’s be honest, I seem to have a penchant for finding “dupes” or inspired-by pieces…esp from some of our favorite but extra spicy pricey brands like The Row.So today I’m back with the third installment of my Six Excellent Dupes series (post one and post two if you want to catch up!), but this time, I’m dedicating it entirely to The Row’s latest collections. Let the girlies in, we’re opening the gates!
The Row Elodianna Jacket vs Rue Sophie’s Arrondissement Jacket

If it’s one thing The Row does exceptionally well season after season, it’s the jacket. Every new collection sees them putting their spin on a classic silhouette, and SS25 is no different. Lately I’ve been truly obsessed with the concept of a white jacket; something so chic and devil-may-care about it all. To that end, I fell in love with the impractical yet practical utility of The Row’s Elodianna Jacket when I first laid eyes on it. But at that price, sorry MKA! During my initial lament, I remembered my Rue Sophie Arrondissement Jacket that I’ve owned for nearly two years now, so problem solved?! In person, the Rue Sophie feels a touch creamier than shown here - but I bet The Row one is also not as crispy white as it photographs, either! No matter, if you’re feeling Ms. Elodianna but not her price tag, Soph’s your gal!

The Row Eglitta Cotton Straight Jeans vs Zara Man Straight Canvas Pants

Maybe you all don’t need a dupe for this one, bc judging by how sold out or almost sold out these pricey pants are, apparently everyone’s buying The Row Eglittas in this quirky shade of bluish-purple full price no probs?! In any case, these simple jeans have seemingly caught the hearts of fashion lovers everywhere. I blame Look 15 from the Spring 2025 collection - a casually perfect, perfectly casual look. If these jeans are sold out in your size OR you just can’t fork over nearly $1k for them (and who could blame you), never fear! Zara Man Cotton Pants are here to save the day! I spotted these puppies during a recent visit to the store to conduct a return (painful but must be done) and WHAM! I was sold. They’re fantastic and being a men’s pant, they give the perfect amount of slouch to mimic that of the Eglittas. FYI: I sized up one to get a slightly baggier look.

The Row Signum Sandals vs A.Emery Paton Sandal

I’m super into the idea of moody, typically ‘fall’ colors worn in the summer, esp with lighter shades like white, ivory and even pale blues or greens. There’s something unexpected and grounding about it. So the idea of a burgundy sandal is making me feel all the things right now. It’s a bit richer than black or brown, which means it adds depth to any look. While these A.Emery Paton Sandals aren’t an exact dupe of the popular The Row Signum Sandals—for starters, they’re patent leather vs the Signum’s nappa—they’re certainly close enough! I actually like the extra sass afforded by the patent leather, TBH. It feels extra bold for summertime and like I said, I’m into the stark contrast it instantly provides my lighter, airier looks. I’ve ordered this baby and she’s making her way to me from Australia right now, so as soon as she arrives, I’ll be sure to share thoughts in the chat!
The Row Vanda Shirt vs Zara Oversized Shirt

As many of you know by now, I have a thing for oversized button-downs these days…preferably worn untucked! This Vanda Shirt from The Row is also a gorgeous shade of LaCroix Lime, which makes me equally happy. What doesn’t make me happy is the $1,290 price tag! Enter this Zara Oversized Shirt, which is 100% cotton and checks most of my button-down boxes right now. BTW, they each come with matching shorts - The Row’s Zinnia Shorts are a cool $800 and the Zara shorts are $40. I do prefer the longer length of The Row’s shorts, but I suppose 2 inches of fabric lost is well worth the $760 saved.

The Row Kaddy T-Shirt vs Jenni Kayne Vintage Pocket Tee

The chic
sent me into a fashion coma when she posted a note about The Row Kaddy T-Shirt a while back, where the instructions clearly read: “DO NOT WASH.” A $1,650 gray cotton t-shirt you cannot wash?! BE SERIOUS. The thing that kills me even more is that it’s sold out on The Row’s website?! Who is buying this!!! Instead of that foolishness, may I turn your eyes to the Jenni Kayne Vintage Pocket Tee? As a recent Jenni Kayne tee convert, this is the absolutely perfect-looking alt to this absurd t-shirt from The Row. Just size way, way up if you want to get the oversized boxy look of the Kaddy—easy to do bc the Jenni Kayne tee goes up to size 3X…love a wide size range! With that said, an oversized heather gray tee with a pocket is as basic as it gets, esp in the men’s dept. So don’t overlook this $10 men’s Hanes T-Shirt and this Gap Men’s Organic Pocket T-Shirt for $17, which comes in Regular and Tall in case you really want to embrace the Kaddy’s exaggerated proportions. If all else fails, go rooting around in your husband’s closet like I did!
The Row Bourse Bag vs The Soeur Suzette Bag

It’s rare, but sometimes you come across a “dupe” that’s just better than the OG. I actually don’t think I can even call this cutie little Soeur Suzette Bag a “dupe” of The Row Bourse Bag bc they’re not the type of brand to imitate others, per se. I think this is strictly a coincidence with pure luck on our side! First, we must discuss the color. Both of these bags are truly the perfect shade of yellowy-green. Not quite chartreuse…more like punchy lemon?! Whatever the shade is, it’s not only a winner for summer (imagine it paired with the burgundy sandals above?! Swoon!) but also easy to take into Fall thanks to its striking tone. Soeur’s take comes with a long, thin strap so you can wear on your shoulder, but also tucks nicely into the bag should you want to carry as a clutch. We love a convertible queen! I haven’t snagged this one yet but man oh man, it’s at the tippy top of my wish list RN!
I hope you all enjoyed this installment of Six Excellent Dupes and even found some sneaky affordable goodies on this list. Thanks so much for being here—until next week! xx
